Keeping Cantonese alive.

Cantochat started as a university project addressing the decline in Cantonese speakers per generation in non-native countries such as the United Kingdom, greatly due to the lack of accessible resources available.

Cantochat’s main objective is to produce a Cantonese-learning narrative mobile game designed for young children to improve listening and speaking skills. The Cantochat website will also be home to a blog that celebrate and embrace the Cantonese language, bringing together stories from Cantonese speakers around the world!
